I got involved in the Demolition Field in the year 1986, as a labor worker.  Everyday that I worked, I continued to build an ambition and a dream to have my own company.

I believed in forming a company that treated employees as family. A company were employees  can feel as part of my family and treated with respect and appreciated for their contribution to the company.

I learned day by day the skills and acquired the training necessary to accomplish important tasks that were assigned to me.  I took on responsibilities and tasks with pride. I always had in mind that only by working to my full capacity, one day I would be noticed for a hire position.

That day finally came.  I was offered the position of An Asbestos Abatement Supervisor.  I had prepared myself, by taking Supervisor courses. This was the beginning of a dream becoming a reality.

My dream had always been to have my own company. A company that is built on loyalty and excellent customer service to our clients.

Everyday I took the opportunities that were offered to learn and better myself in my profession.  I have always made it priority in my employees to always do the best at their jobs and to always continue to promote safety and excellent customer service to all.
